Bell of Peace
Overview: What is it?
This monument was created as a symbol of the spiritual and cultural movement aimed at achieving a world of peaceful coexistence, free from nuclear weapons and war. Engraved in relief on the surface of the bell is a world map without national borders, symbolizing "The World Is One." The bell is freely rung by visitors.
The Story & Significance
The entire surface of the bell is cast in relief with a borderless world map, symbolizing the belief that "The World Is One" and the fervent wish for the entire world to be united through peace.

You can walk there starting from the Aioi Bridge side.
